EzPaste-xl2ppt is a productivity tool intended for completely automating and managing the otherwise manual and somewhat tedious process of copying and pasting objects from Excel^® to PowerPoint^®.

Objects handled by EzPaste belong to one of the following 3 entities:-                              

EzPaste identifies automatically all the objects in the active workbook. The user then selects which of the objects he wants to paste to PowerPoint^®.

EzPaste comes as a regular Excel^® Add-in. Once installed, it is available for each Excel^® workbook from a special menu created in Excel^®.

EzPaste main attributes

• Complete control over the objects to be pasted

• Complete control over the pasting order

• There are 3 pasting modes:-

To new slides automatically added to the active PowerPoint^® file

To predefined slide numbers in the active PowerPoint^® file

Paste express: selecting one item and pasting it directly to the active slide

• Complete control over the positioning of the pasted objects on the PowerPoint^® slide

• Objects may be pasted as Pictures (Enhanced metafile or Bitmap) or as Microsoft editable Excel^® entities

• Built-in utility for creating and editing data-range objects to be pasted as tables

• A title may be assigned to each object from EzPaste. The title will appear on the PowerPoint^® slide

• All the EzPaste settings of a specific Excel^® file are saved within the file and automatically retrieved once the file is reopened

• Each selected object could be previewed directly in the EzPaste form

• Instead to PowerPoint, objects may be pasted to a PDF file (does not  require any PDF driver or printer)

• Shortcut menu for directly pasting current Excel chart or data selection
